Das Weiße Haus kann dies nicht ignorieren, und deshalb hat die Entsendung europäischer Kontingente nach Grönland, auch wenn sie nur symbolischen Charakter hat, viel mehr Gewicht, als man sagt. Sie bedeutet, dass wir bereit wären, die Souveränität dieses europäischen Landes mit Waffengewalt gegen einen Versuch der gewaltsamen Annexion zu verteidigen.

It is not simply the webpage of the Member of the European Parliament, who I have become with great apprehension.
Not of the journalist either, who I have been for half a century.
